USF has a number of locations for group fitness classes. You can choose between the Campus Recreation Center, WELL Fitness Center, or private studios. You will need to have access to the USF NetID to book a class online. You must cancel your class at least 15 minutes before its advertised start time. This allows standby participants sufficient time to register. Missing a class will incur a $5 no-show fee and a hold on your student account.

Campus Recreation Center

Campus Recreation offers many group fitness classes to the community. You can find a class that suits your needs, no matter if you are a beginner or a veteran athlete. These classes are challenging, fun, and non-competitive and are taught only by certified instructors. They are also available for free to all members of the campus community. These are some of the most popular:

Spinning and FloatFit HIIT classes require advanced registration, and you can reserve your spot up to 48 hours ahead of time by completing a short online form. You can sign up online and pay at class on the day. You can also download Campus Recreation App and register up-to 48 hours in advance. Campus Recreation will send you an email confirmation after you have registered.

WELL Fitness Centre

The WELL fitness center at USF hosts group classes and high-tech fitness equipment. This fully-equipped facility offers full-service lockers and showers. Technogym(r) cardiovascular equipment, free weight dumbbells up to 100 pounds and Life Fitness selectorized machines are also featured in the facility. The WELL provides virtual classes to maximize convenience.

USF's WELL Fitness Center offers private and group classes for groups. The Campus Recreation Center can be rented for private group workouts, although alternative rooms may incur facility reservation fees. The space must be reservable and set up by students.
